Skip Bins
There are six sizes to choose from:
There are six sizes to choose from and are available for weekly, long term or permanent hire:
3 cbm
4 cbm - select bins have the door on the side for easier access
6 cbm
7 cbm - all bins have the door on the side for easier access
9 cbm
11 cbm
Deposit - Before we can deliver your Skip Bin, a minimum deposit of 50% is required. Please make sure to process your payment promptly, as the delivery will only take place once the payment is received.
Weekly Hire - Price of the Bin is for a week so should you require it for longer, an additional $35 per week hire fee is applicable.
Permanent Bins - Bins that are required for longer then 12 months will be treated as permanent. Enquire with Damo or Shanon about having a bin on a permanent basis.
Additional Fees - Mattress and Tyres incur additional fees as set out by the Shire of Plantagenet here so please let us know when ordering your bin. If any item that incurred additional fees by the Shire is in your bin, you will be charged accordingly.

Asbestos
Gas Bottles
Hazardous Chemicals or Substances
Paint Tins
Mattresses
Tyres
Car batteries
* Shire fees must be paid by the client if a skip bin is found to have any of the above in them.
ASBESTOS REMOVAL:
Shire fees must be paid by the client.
All relevant paperwork relating to asbestos removal must be completed and give to Mount Barker Hire before this is removed.
The removal and disposal must be adhered to the WA Government regulations.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in the refusal of removal and all relevant costs will be charged to the client accordingly.
The Shire of Plantagenet sell small bags for anyone who suspects they have a small amount of asbestos. Contact the Shire office on 9892 1111 for further information.
