Skip Bins
There are six sizes to choose from and are available for weekly, longterm or permanent hire:
Deposit - Before we can deliver your Skip Bin, a minimum deposit of 50% is required. Please make sure to process your payment promptly, as the delivery will only take place once the payment is received.
Standard Hire Period - Skip Bins sized 3m3, 4m3 and 6m3 are for a weekly hire.
Skip Bins sized 7m3, 9m3 and 11m3 are for two-week hire
Additional Weeks Hire Fees - Bins required longer than the standard hire period will incur a $35 per week hire fee.
Permanent Bins - Bins that are required for longer than 12 months will be treated as permanent. Enquire with Damo or Shanon about having a bin on a permanent basis.
Additional Fees - Mattress and Tyres incur additional fees as set out by the Shire of Plantagenet here so please let us know when ordering your bin. If any item that incurred additional fees by the Shire is in your bin, you will be charged accordingly.
WHAT CAN’T BE PUT IN A SKIP BIN:
Asbestos
Gas Bottles
Hazardous Chemicals or Substances
Paint Tins
Mattresses
Tyres
Car batteries
* Shire fees must be paid by the client if a skip bin is found to have any of the above in them.
ASBESTOS REMOVAL:
Shire fees must be paid by the client.
All relevant paperwork relating to asbestos removal must be completed and give to Mount Barker Hire before this is removed.
The removal and disposal must be adhered to the WA Government regulations.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in the refusal of removal and all relevant costs will be charged to the client accordingly.
